Gary Clarke-Disabled Strongman-412

Gary Clarke-Disabled Strongman-412-Eric Fiorillo The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Podcast Show Welcomes World Strongest Disabled Man Athlete, Powerlifter, Inspirational Speaker and WSDMA contest organizer Gary Clarke to the Broadcast. Eric and Gary start the conversation right off with Gary talking about his cerebral palsy and why he never let this disease slow him down. Gary told me as a young boy his parents always encouraged him and told him he could do whatever he set his mind on. He has surely done that. He knew at five years of age he wanted to be a strongman. Gary tells Eric that his strongman heroes growing up were Magnús Ver Magnússon, Geoff Capes and Jon Pall Sigmarsson. He drew strength and inspiration from them to put his plan into action. Gary has competed four times in Iceland's World's Strongest Disabled Man's competition. To make these events even more special Gary's hero Magnús Ver Magnússon was the event’s founder. Eric and Gary talk about his training and what is one of his favorite strongman lifts. Gary’s is in the process of setting up a Britain’s Disabled Strongman Competition similar to the one in Iceland. That being said. Gary is going to start a WSDM competition here in the UK. Gary is one of the most positive people I have ever spoken with. His desire and love for life and strongman would invigorate anyone to want to raise the bar in their own life. This comes right from a real strongman who believes and shows he has no limitations!
